Obi did her master’s degree in Medical Informatics at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund and the University of Duisburg-Essen. Prior to joining the research group of Felix Nensa in 2019, she worked at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund as a researcher and doctoral candidate. Her PhD focused on structuring radiology scans using multimodal representations and deep learning systems for the automatic detection of early Mild Cognitive Impairment. She currently supports the Data Integration Center at the University Hospital Essen in the project management and coordination of ongoing projects within the research group.
